The Artist line of Kentucky
mandolins has been expanded to include perhaps the best value in a professional-quality A model mandolin. Every
feature of the KM-505 was specifically chosen to meet, not only the demands of the
beginning player, but also the demanding requirements of working professionals. Fine solid spruce and solid
flamed maples are handselected at this level to assure that
every instrument looks as good as it sounds. Its features include:
The Romanian violin from Keith, Curtis, and Clifton is handcrafted from fifteen-year-aged tone woods and
finer graduations which enable a definitive focus on beauty, as well as sound and playability. Fine even-grained
spruce tops and nicely flamed maple back, sides, and neck add beauty and grace to its exceptional sound and playability.
The violin is handrubbed with oil varnish and features inlaid purfling and premium German ebony fittings, accessories,
and bridge. Finished with Thomastik Dominant strings, this beautiful instrument offers exceptional value.
(Please note: this violin can be used to fiddle old-time music or play hot bluegrass!)
The instruments will be raffled individually. Raffle tickets for the mandolin cost $2 each (6 for $10).
Raffle tickets for the violin cost $5 each (6 for $25). Drawings for the winning tickets will take place
